History

Founded on August 12, 2024, Sabores de Sol by MAYBELL S.A.C. was born with the purpose of taking advantage of the fruit wealth of our region and transforming it into value-added products for the national and international market.

Our Process

Reception

We carefully select the best fruits, verifying their optimal quality.

Quality Control

We verify and select fruits according to Brix degrees to guarantee optimal flavor.

Washing

We carry out a thorough washing and disinfection to guarantee product safety.

Processing

We extract the pulp using specialized equipment that preserves organoleptic characteristics.

Pasteurization

We apply heat treatment between 90° to 95°C to eliminate microorganisms.

Homogenization

We homogenize the pulp at 30°C to obtain a uniform and consistent texture.

Cooling

We rapidly cool the product to 5°C to preserve its properties.

Filling

We package the pulp in different presentations maintaining quality standards.

Freezing

We freeze the product at -18°C to preserve its freshness and extend shelf life.

Distribution

We transport our frozen products maintaining the cold chain.

We are backed by the most important national and international certifications that guarantee the quality of our products and processes.
